- Two parcels, a 2026 shop, and city water, half a mile from downtown.
Two parcels, a shop, and a shed, just over half a mile from downtown Wills Point. That's the first reason to see 708 E High Street. The survey shows 0.678 acres across two tax parcels inside city limits. City water, city sewer, and no HOA. The second reason is the outbuildings. A 15x30 shop with electric went up in 2026 on a new concrete slab. A 14x30 shed went up in 2020. A detached carport covers two vehicles. The third is the work already done. The house is a one-story brick home built in 1965, with 2 bedrooms and 1,266 square feet. The roof was replaced in 2020. The HVAC system and main electrical panel were replaced in 2017. Ten windows were replaced in 2025 and both exterior doors in 2026. Coffee is a few blocks away. Lake Tawakoni State Park is about 14 minutes north.
