- About 6.5 acres and a pond, 9 minutes from town.
About 6.5 acres, 7 miles north of downtown Wills Point on FM 751. That's the first reason to see 3580 FM 751. The land has a pond on the back side, a storage shed, and a fire pit, with the house set back off the road on a gravel drive. The second reason is the house. It was built in 2019. One story, stone and siding, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, and a two-car attached garage. The roof is about a year old. The third is Lake Tawakoni. The state park is about 12 minutes up the road. Downtown Wills Point is about 9 minutes. Canton's First Monday Trade Days is about 24 minutes. Downtown Dallas is about an hour by I-20.
