- A 2024 build with a neighborhood boat ramp on Cedar Creek Lake.
223 Harris Boulevard is a 2024 build in Clearwater Bay, a lake community on the Henderson County side of Cedar Creek Lake. That's the first reason to see it. The second is the lake access. The neighborhood property owners association has its own boat ramp, boat dock, and lake swimming area for members. The home isn't on the water. The ramp and the swim area are the favorites here. The third is the house. Three bedrooms, two full baths, and 1,200 square feet on one level. An open floor plan with luxury vinyl plank. A granite kitchen with stainless appliances. A primary bedroom with its own bath. The owners added a wood privacy fence and a storage shed, and there's a covered porch out front and a covered patio out back. Downtown Malakoff and Brookshire's are about 9 minutes away. Athens is about 20.
