1.65 acres on a corner of FM 47, about 5 minutes north of downtown Wills Point. That's the first reason to see 181 VZ County Road 3528. You get room around you and town is still close. The second reason is what's on the land. A one-story brick and stone home built in 2009, with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and 2,197 square feet. An in-ground gunite pool out back. A 1,200 square foot shop with electric and a roll-up door. A new roof went on in 2025. The third is Lake Tawakoni. Lake Tawakoni State Park is about 8 minutes up FM 47. Canton's First Monday Trade Days is about 22 minutes. Downtown Dallas is just under an hour by I-20.
